Energy Storage Remote Dispatch Examples
The following examples apply to hybrid / energy storage inverters, controlling battery charge and discharge via Modbus registers.
All examples use Function Code 10H (Write Multiple Registers), split into two control blocks.
Control Block 1 (Common)
Before sending Control Block 2, always send Block 1 to enable Remote Dispatch:

Example 1: Battery Standby
Disable battery charge and discharge, maintaining the current SOC. PV generation is prioritized for local loads, with excess exported to the grid.
Control Block 2 (register 44105):
Command: 01 10 AC 49 00 01 02 00 01 05 C344105=1(Battery Standby)
Example 2: Battery Charging at 5 kW
Charge the battery at 5 kW from the grid or PV.
Control Block 2 (registers 44105–44107):
Command: 01 10 AC 49 00 03 06 00 02 00 00 01 F4 70 FE44105=2(Charge/Discharge Control)44106=500→ 5000 W charge (positive value = charge)
Example 3: Battery Discharging at 3 kW
Discharge the battery at 3 kW to supply local loads or export to the grid.
Control Block 2 (registers 44105–44107):
Command: 01 10 AC 49 00 03 06 00 02 FF FF FF 24 4D 7144105=2(Charge/Discharge Control)44106=-300→ 3000 W discharge (negative value = discharge)
