I. Service Agreement
These Terms of Service apply to developers who use API services through the SolisCloud Developer Platform (hereinafter referred to as "this Platform"). This Platform is operated by Suzhou Ginlong Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ginlong Technologies") and provides API services including data access, device control, plant management, and real-time data forwarding. By using the API services of this Platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.
II. Account Management
You must register a SolisCloud account and obtain API credentials before using the services. This Platform provides two authorization methods:
- User Authorization: Uses API Key / Secret for Custom HMAC-SHA1 signature authentication, applicable to SolisCloud platform users (owners/installers)
- OAuth2.0 Authorization: Uses Client ID / Client Secret for OAuth2.0 authentication, applicable to third-party service providers
You shall safeguard your API credentials. You are solely responsible for any losses resulting from credential disclosure. If you discover a credential leak, you must contact this Platform immediately to reset your credentials.
III. Usage Rules and Restrictions
When using this Platform's services, you shall not:
- Exceed API call rate limits
- Resell data obtained through the API to third parties
- Use API services for illegal or unauthorized activities
- Launch malicious attacks, scans, or penetration tests against this Platform
- Use automated means to scrape data beyond the authorized scope
IV. Intellectual Property
All API documentation, interface designs, technical architectures, and related materials provided by this Platform are owned by Ginlong Technologies and protected under the intellectual property laws of the People's Republic of China. Without prior written consent from Ginlong Technologies, you may not copy, modify, or distribute the above content.
V. Privacy Policy
This Platform values user privacy protection. For information on the collection, use, and protection of personal information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
VI. Data Security
You shall take reasonable measures to protect the security of user device and plant data obtained through the API, and shall not disclose, alter, or unlawfully use such data. You shall bear legal liability for any data breach caused by your security negligence.
VII. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, Ginlong Technologies shall not be liable for:
- Service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure
- Data delays resulting from the 5-minute update frequency of the API
- Service unavailability caused by third-party network or equipment failures
- API credential leaks or misoperations caused by your own negligence
VIII. Service Changes, Interruptions, and Termination
Ginlong Technologies reserves the right to adjust API versions or deprecate certain interfaces based on business needs, with 30 days' advance notice on the Platform. If you violate these Terms, Ginlong Technologies reserves the right to immediately terminate your API access and deactivate your account.
IX. Modifications
Ginlong Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms. Modified Terms will be published on this page. Your continued use of this Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
X. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails within 60 days, either party may bring the dispute to the competent people's court in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province.
XI. Miscellaneous
Your rights and obligations under these Terms may not be transferred to third parties. API credentials are for your exclusive use and may not be lent, sold, or transferred. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
